style
I do heavy glitched houses with attention to details which means that I will close off space to allow me to spend more item slots for those details. I won't do houses that require use of all floors.
My specialty are modern, industrial, rustic or immersive builds, but I'm always open to try a new style if I feel capable.
pricing
I have a fixed price for my fee, I have max crafters in both data centers and will craft to minimize expenses price but the full price will depend if the house will require a lot of expensive furnishings or not.
Small: 10mil+expenses
Medium: 20mil+expenses
Large: 30mil+expenses
